Operation Manager (Remote Fulltime)

Job description

  • Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
  • Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
  • Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
  • Hire, coach and provide training to personnel to maintain high customer service standards & SOP
  • Monitor and improve ordering, telephone handling and other procedures
  • Find ways to increase quality of customer service & Account Management

Requirements

  • Proven experience as call center spv & operation supervisor or managerial level min 4yrs
  • Experience in customer service is required
  • Proficient in MS Office and call center equipment/software programs
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills with a problem-solving ability
